Shopping Terms

Ordering: You can order products by filling the order form at this site. After the order has been placed, you will receive an invoice. If you place an order, you agree with shopping terms of the company Kvant Ltd.

Warranty: If it is not stated otherwise, the warranty of every product is two years. The warranty starts with the day of delivery of the product and refers to all production defects. The warranty of the product does not refer to damage caused by improper use of the product. In case there is a problem with the product or you would like to reclaim, please contact us by phone or email.

Product delivery: After the product was delivered by the shipper or bearer, please check the package wrapping. If the wrapping is damaged, check the package content immediately. In case the content was also damaged, make a written record and let it be signed by the shipper or bearer. In case you will find out that the product has a defect later on, please contact us by phone or email.

Shipping period: Depends on the type of the product. Products in stock are dispatched in 3 days. Other products are dispatched in 14 days. Delivery of products, which need to be ordered, may take longer.

Prices: We charge the shipping cost to the original price. The change in prices is reserved and depends on the exchange rate of local currency.

Shipping: Products are delivered by mail, or shipping companies DPD, UPS, TenExpres. In case you need the product to be delivered to different address than the address of the ordering person, please state so in your order in the "note" field. If you intend to pick up the product in person, please let us know in advance.
